Hi, my name is Stephanie! I was diagnosed with MS in 2011, and by 2014, my mobility began to steadily decline, progressing to PPMS despite taking disease-modifying therapies (DMTs).
In 2019, I decided to make a change—and let me tell you, I will NEVER go back. My migraines stopped, I no longer needed naps all day, my numbness disappeared, my body pain lessened significantly, and my burning skin and other symptoms faded away.
Many people with MS believe medications are their only hope for navigating life with this diagnosis. It’s not their fault—we live in a culture that often sees pills as the default solution, while lifestyle choices are overlooked.
But I’m here to share a different perspective. I truly wish someone had told me there were other, more impactful options. I had no idea how much of a difference lifestyle choices and habits could make. Looking back, I believe that if I had known, my progression might have been significantly slower—or even nonexistent!
